Bring the original and photostatic copies of the following documents & application fee of HK$ 50.00 to our school General Office of the applicant during office hours:

​

  1. Child's Birth Certificate or Statutory Declaration

  2. Child's Passport / Visa

  3. Child's latest reports (3 years)

  4. Two (2) self-addressed envelopes both affixed with $2.4 stamp

  5. Parent's or guardian's Hong Kong Identity Card, and

  6. Two (2) recent Passport sized Photographs (Please Affix them on the application form where necessary) ​
